Acceptance and Legal Effect

By registering an account and using any part of the BetRepublic platform at betrepublicslots.com, you enter into a binding legal agreement with KNG Marketing Ltd, the operator of this website. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms published on the site, constitute the full agreement between you and KNG Marketing Ltd. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not register an account or use the platform.

KNG Marketing Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by posting the updated version on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Player Eligibility

Access to BetRepublic is subject to the following requirements.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. BetRepublic actively enforces age verification as part of its KYC process.

You must not be resident in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location. BetRepublic cannot be held liable for use of the service in a restricted jurisdiction.

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, are prohibited. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed, and balances may be forfeited at the operator’s discretion.

You must not act as an agent for any third party or allow any other person to use your account.

Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)

To complete registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (passport, national identity card, or driver’s licence), a proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence), and in some cases a screenshot or copy of the payment method used to make deposits.

KNG Marketing Ltd may request updated documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

BetRepublic processes deposits instantly across all supported methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, bank transfer, PaysafeCard, and a range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Binance Coin (BNB), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX), USD Coin (USDC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). The minimum deposit is €10.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. BetRepublic reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals. Daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP level. At entry level (Levels 1 and 2), the daily withdrawal cap is €500. Higher limits apply from Level 3 upward and are confirmed by the support team or your personal VIP manager.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers at BetRepublic are subject to specific terms that are published on the promotions page and must be read and accepted before claiming any offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus activity. 18+ only. Gambling should be treated as entertainment. T&Cs apply.

The casino welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a separate 40x wager before withdrawal. Each bonus stage in the multi-stage welcome package must be completed within 10 days of the bonus being credited.

The maximum permitted bet per spin or per game round while a casino bonus is active is specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this amount may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for any bonus at BetRepublic. All other payment methods, except where otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, are eligible.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, applying strategies that guarantee an outcome irrespective of risk, or any coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus or bonus-derived funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is not permitted on the BetRepublic platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited. Providing false identification or financial information in any form is a breach of these terms and of applicable law. Colluding with other players or operators to manipulate game outcomes, sharing accounts, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform are all prohibited. Using exploits, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage not available to ordinary players is a breach of these terms regardless of whether the exploit was intentional. Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider after a valid transaction will result in account restriction pending investigation.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or other technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round, BetRepublic reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player’s account. No winnings arising from a confirmed malfunction will be honoured. BetRepublic is not liable for losses caused by third-party technical failures, including internet connectivity issues on the player’s side.

Limitation of Liability

KNG Marketing Ltd’s liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited in that player’s account at the time of a dispute, excluding bonus funds. BetRepublic is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings. The platform is provided on an as-available basis, and KNG Marketing Ltd does not warrant uninterrupted availability.

Governing Law and Regulator Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the regulatory framework of the Tobique Gaming Commission, under which KNG Marketing Ltd holds licence number 1021394. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the player and BetRepublic may be escalated to the Tobique Gaming Commission using the formal dispute resolution process.
